Q: How do you capture sound

A: We take sound very seriously. It is 80% of your film. We use professional omnidirectional lapel & hypercardioid shotgun microphones to capture audio from getting ready to first looks, the ceremony and all throughout the reception. We communicate with your DJ on ways to acquire the best sound during your reception. Lastly, we go around the venue to capture sound… wind gently blowing through the trees, water coming out of a fountain or a trickling creek or river, waves crashing on a beach. We want you to relive your wedding day and sound is extremely important. We also take editing sound extremely seriously. We take a week and devote it bringing your sound to life.

We take editing very seriously!  We take your footage and back it up, encode it to a format for better editing, go through your content and mark the best clips, listen to the audio, sync the audio to video and piece it all together and color grade every clip.

Q: What package would you build?

A: I would figure out what time my fiancé is starting to get ready. Girls usually start earlier and guys later and end around a 1/2 hour after the garter and bouquet toss. If you have an dynamic exit (sparker, lights ect) let us know as I, personally would want that in my film. I would personally want 7 or 8 hours and a 5-7 minute feature film with the ceremony and toasts edit. We also own a 4k resolution TV so I definitely would want to purchase the 4k footage option. Lastly, I would want our rehearsal dinner covered. I remember my sister and Aunt said some very endearing things and presented my wife with a necklace that was an heirloom from my mother. Everyone wept, it was beautiful. Moments like that are priceless and a rehearsal dinner offers an experience and memory that deserves to be captured.
