“The PRocess”

You can fill out an inquiry form at any time. From that form we receive some basic information about your wedding day. From there, we would love to set up consult that takes about 15-30 minutes. We want to stress this is not a sales call. It is an awesome time when you get to share about yourselves and get a great idea if we are great fit to tell your authentic story. From there we send you a brochure that has the packages we discuss as well as any add on services you might want to include. Once you make your choices, I will send you an invoice that has a contract with it to view and sign once that is complete then an invoice populates. We require a 30% retainer that you can pay securely online to retain our services for your wedding date.

“The Discovery”

We will send out a questionnaire that inquires about some of the more important details of the day and we can finalize a timeline. Here we go over your final package and if that is ultimately what you need and we can adjust things as needed. A few weeks out, we set up a zoom call and this is where we can really get creative. Do your parents want to write you both a note? Grandparents? Will you be having a romantic first look? Do you need certain shots of certain people. Do you want a special 30 minute session a couple days before your wedding to enjoy the grounds of your beautiful venue? This separates us from other videographers. We don’t show up and film a cookie cutter wedding, we create an authentic, raw and emotional legacy piece for you.

The Wedding week

We take your questionnaire and dial in the storyboard. During the wedding day we love to start filming when the bride or groom starts to get ready unless otherwise noted. We love to give suggestions on the best lighting for a few certain shots and always make sure the couple looks their best for these important parts and interactions. During the Ceremony you probably will not realize we are event there and can use lenses that allow us to not be intrusive. For the reception we utilize couple lights we can control via bluetooth to spotlight the toasts and special dances. Once the party is finished we go home and download and back up your wedding content.

Editing

This is what you are truly paying for. Our edits entail an amazing comprehensive process. It is a beautiful puzzle that we will create for you. We can also compliment your collection with a ceremony or toast edit. We purchase the licensing to your your music and then create a beautiful wedding film through complex editing techniques, sound design and remastering and intensive color grading. Your final film will be delivered within 8-14 weeks.
